After the release of Aashram season 1, I told everyone that such series are critical for the society and we need more of it. Conman / Godman actually do not have religion and fool people , hence we need awareness about this subject. Thes Godmans are just corrupt by nature and we need to eqipped to identify them.

Aashram chapter 2 is a direct sequel to the season 1 and take the story forward in a linear manner.
Direction by Prakash Jha is good and engaging. One one hand we see Godman as conman and make the normal janta a fool and on the other side we how religion and politics merge. Godman influence the choice of politician with the citizens through voting. Politican also return the favour by giving Godman's land for Aashrams etc and also save them from any legal cases.

Iss liye awareness zaroori hai... Yehe series ka Yehi purpose hai..

Aashram Chapter 2, Season 1 ka direct sequel hai. Seaon 1 created some some doubts about baba Nirala as a conman and corrupt man, season 2 makes things cristal clear. His (Bobby Deol's) villianous needs are evident.
Baba Nirala is nastier and even drug are surfacing. 

Aashram 2, for me is better than season 1 becuase characters to deeply established. Acting by all actors is good and many a times we are able read whats in their heart/ minds without even saying the dialogues. The expressions are flawless and does the talking.

Best thing is the release time. Aashram 1 was big hit and made many fans. The maker did not waste any time and released the season 2 in a jiffy, that too on mxplayer that is free... So has a very wide reach.

Bobby Deol was appreciated in season 1 but people complaint that he wasn't seen much. In season 2 he will be seen a lot with many shades of acting. Slowly he is getting notices for his acting prowess.
Tinka Singh aur babita were promising in season 1 but has limitd role in now.

What you might not like is repeated sex scenes of Baba Nirala and Singing concert. That bores you after a while. 

Sub plots in the serie sare many and does not add to the main story. 

Also I think we editting could be sharper with 7 episodes instead of 9. 

Production design however is very good and grand in comparison to any other MX Player series or movie.
