Gossip: What should Sunny Deol do to renew his dying career #sunnydeol

Thought of writing some advises for stars that we all love but somehow their charm onscreen is somehow dying and as fans it difficult to let your favorite star fade away like that.
Advises are completely personal and if stars don't like it or have objection, they are free to write to me and I will consider their request. No way this blog is intended to harm their image.
So, okay with a little disclaimer, let move on and just see what can Mr. Sunny Deol do to extend his career. Actor are like brands and every brand has a strength and weakness. Let's do a SWOT on the brand Sunny Deol as per current scenario.


Strength - Great actor.
Weakness - Has lost mass appeal. Generally is liked only in Northern part of the country.
Opportunity - His funny side, negative shades and character roles are unexplored.
Threat - Age and arrival of new star kids.


Suggestions:
1. With dying mass appeal it is important to explore yourself as an actor do something unusual. No action please. Pick up strong character roles and show your authority. Try comedy/negative characters. With such a strong screen presence, it would hard for any actor of today's generation to stand in front of Sunny Deol (Indian Hulk). BTW, how about Indian version for Hulk with equivalent production quality.

2. Looks are very important for an actor. Looking differentiated is critical in today's times. No one expects you to make 6 packs or have bulging muscles. However, fans expects you to look smart. Go for a better hair do, lose some weight, wear proper stitched clothes (contemporary). Try a mustache to look more dominating and to hide laughing lines.

3. Direction - heard your interviews about your passion for direction. Follow your heart and jump on to a venture. Last attempt may not be commercially successful (Dillagi) but was a good movie. As a director, it brought the best in actors, especially Bobby Deol for sure. The crying scene with you on the death bed is just awesome. I can only imagine Mr. Bachchan matching it and no one else. Direct him for something path breaking for his career. I feel his is quite capable and has just been unlucky not to get right movies.

4. Production - Revive your production house and produce some low cost movies with new faces. It has a great potential from earnings perspective and keeping one busy. Also a great chance to narrate stories on screen that you like.
